Mmm this was good. I used half low fat cheddar and half low fat mozzarella cheese, I loved the spinach in this. Thanks for posting!

  1. Combine spinach, chick peas, peppers, tomatoes and chili powder. Spread mixture over half of.
  2. each tortilla ending with 1 slice of cheese. Fold tortillas in half and place on baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350F for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
  4. Serve with low fat or fat free Sour Cream or salsa. or both.
