- 14 3⁄4 ounces cream-style corn
- 14 3⁄4 ounces whole kernel corn
- 1 cup elbow macaroni (dry, not cooked)
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
directions
- Mix together the entire contents of the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, and uncooked macaroni.
- Slice the butter and stir it into the corn mixture along with the cheese.
- Place in a buttered casserole dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Uncover, stir, and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
