9-16 brownies
- Serves:
- 12
ingredients
- 1 (19 7/8 ounce) box brownie mix (We like the Baker's Corner brand fudge brownies, from Aldi, the best)
- 2 large eggs
- 1⁄2 cup oil (I use canola)
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
directions
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.
- Spread 2/3 of the brownie batter in a greased, 8x8 inch pan.
- Sprinkle white baking chips evenly over batter.
- Top with remaining batter.
- Sprinkle macadamia nuts over the top. (The package I had said they were chopped, but they were still quite large, so I chopped mine a bit smaller).
- Bake brownies according to package directions for an 8x8 pan. I used a glass pan, and baked at 325 for 50-55 minutes.

Please leave comments, email us, zmail me, offer advice, etc. We are so very excited about this, and are moving forward slowly, funding this ourselves and have chosen not to pursue any sort of loan at this time. <br />We have 2 daughters, ages 5 and 7, and a little boy who is almost 1 year old.<br />My new little guy, born in June! <br /><br /><a href=http://s830.photobucket.com/albums/zz223/SrtaMaestra/Jonah%20August%202009/?action=view?t=100_2411.jpg target=_blank><img src=http://i830.photobucket.com/albums/zz223/SrtaMaestra/Jonah%20August%202009/th_100_2411.jpg border=0 alt= /></a></p>
