These have cider vinegar and bell peppers. Very old recipe. She says they keep up to 8 weeks in refrigerator. You can add more seasonings if you would like; it is kind of plain.

  1. Heat to dissolve sugar, salt, water, and vinegar.
  2. Cool.
  3. Pour over pickles; mix.
  4. Put in refrigerator.
