Directions

  1. Trim fat from steak.
  2. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips. Heat tortillas according to package directions. (you can jsut place on a grill 3-4 seconds).
  3. Set aside; keep warm.
  4. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  5. Add steak; saute 2 minutes or until browned.
  6. Add tomato wedges, onions, seasoning, and garlic; stir well.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Divide steak mixture evenly among tortillas;.
  10. roll up.
  11. Top each fajita with 1 tablespoon chopped tomato and 1 tablespoon each of remaining ingredients.
