Yummy recipe for all types of meat but especially good, IMHO, with Chicken. If you use the sugar-free ketchup, its truely sugar-free.
- 3 cups cider vinegar
- 1 3⁄4 cups ketchup (I use sugar-free)
- 4 teaspoons black pepper
- 4 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1 cup water
- Bring to a slow boil in a non-reactive pan for 10 minutes. Mop on your bbq meat or use it as a dip.
