  1. I prepared this delicious mix for Recipe #461646. I prepared the quantity I needed so scaled it down the gounded ingredients to: 3/8 tablespoon black pepper, 1/4 (=2/8) tablespoon allspice, 1/4 (=2/8) tablespoon allspice, berries,1/8 tablespoon cinnamon, 1/8 tablespoon paprika, 1/4 (=2/8) teaspoon nutmeg. I used only the 1/8 spoon and and it was very quickly prepared.<br/>The taste was very good, the allpice gave the meat a special flavor and delicious uniquie taste.<br/>Thanks a lot for posting this delicious recipe.
