Serve this cooling dish from the Vegetarian Passport with spicy food or even on its own on hot days.
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup tender lettuce, very finely shredded
- sea salt, to taste
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sugar
- 1⁄4 red pepper, very finely chopped
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill before serving.
