Directions

  1. Mix together mayonnaise and sugar.
  2. Layer 1/2 of cauliflower florets, onion, bacon and lettuce.
  3. Put half of the mayo mixture on layers.
  4. Repeat layers.
  5. Cover with remaining mayo mixture.
  6. Cover with shredded cheese.
  7. Chill overnight.
  8. Toss just before serving.
