      Reviewed for ZWT9 - this is a delicious dish and super easy to prepare and cook too. I cut back a little on the dried chilli flakes, but otherwise made as written. Delicious :)

      Never EVER try to buy Cilantro on May 4th! I went to two stores in the pouring rain, and there was no Cilantro to be had! I know it would have enhanced the flavors of this dish! I did not use all the red pepper flakes called for in the recipe, and will double the garlic and ginger next time. Sorry, but I did not remember I was to garnish with cashews until after I had eaten my dinner! Made for Spring Photo Tag 2013.
