This is easy and tastes great. Definitely not low-cal. No eggs used in the recipe also make it a plus.
- 1 1⁄2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 12 ounces evaporated milk, chilled
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- Combine all of the ingredients together until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour into ice cream maker and follow your ice cream maker's instructions for freezing.
- Freezing times vary due to different ice cream makers.
