This is my aunt's recipe.
- 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 15 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1⁄3 cup pecans, chopped fine
- 1⁄8 teaspoon Accent seasoning
- Combine all ingredients within a food processor.
- Shape into a ball; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Roll in crushed pecans.
- Serve with Garden or Ranch-flavored crackers.
