- 2 cups canned brown lentils
- 100 g baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 2 red onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt & fresh ground pepper
directions
- Combine all ingredients except spinach.
- Serve place lentils on top of spinach leaves.
