Lentils With Spinach and Yoghurt

Delicious side dish to serve as part of an African / middle Eastern dinner. I use the canned italian brown lentils to make it simpler.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups canned brown lentils
  • 100 g baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 red onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt & fresh ground pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients except spinach.
  2. Serve place lentils on top of spinach leaves.
