  • 2 cups canned brown lentils
  • 100 g baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 red onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt & fresh ground pepper

  • Combine all ingredients except spinach.
  • Serve place lentils on top of spinach leaves.
