      This one caught my eye to use up leftover turkey in a healthy way. Delicious soup! Will definitely make again, probably with chicken too. Thanks for posting!

      I used ground turkey and vegetable stock-and got rave reviews! I doubled the recipe and 8 of us ate almost all of it.

      Great soup with great flavor. Quick & easy,too! I did use homemade turkey stock & added 6 slices of pan fried turkey sausage, cut up. This is going into my favorite recipe file.
