• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 400 g green lentils
• 1⁄2 cup red onion, choped
• 1 cup olive oil
• 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt and pepper

directions

1. Cook lentils in the boiling water
2. Drain cooked lentils.
3. Combine all ingredients.
4. Mix well.
