I got this from a vegan website. Prep time doesn't include soaking time.
- 1 cup dry lentils, soaked
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
- 1⁄2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup carrot, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- Mash the beans into a paste and add the maple syrup and mustard.
- Mix everything together.
- Spray the loaf pan and then place mixture into loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 for 45-1hr.
