Lentils made into a creamy dip! This can also be used as a sandwich spread.
- 16 ounces dried lentils
- 3 1⁄2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup tahini
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- Boil the lentils in water for about 25 minutes or until soft.
- Put the cooked lentils and the rest of the ingredients in the food processor and process until pretty smooth.
