This was a secret recipe from a deli in North Eastern PA that was doused on all the hoagies (submarine sandwiches) we sold. You might want to scale this recipe for home use!
- mix all ingredients together in a large jar.
I scaled it down to make 1 cup, and made it in my Good Seasons cruet.. the flavor is best when made a day in advance.. this is a delicious dressing for Italian subs! I highly recommend it, and will use it again.
I quartered this recipe and still had too much for a large family gathering. Also, it needs something to keep it from separating.
