The end product was good, not to sweet. My gripes arethe crust was extremely hard to work with. I fridged mine for 2 hours and still had issues. Then when it was in the oven it cooked way to fast and browned to almost burnt- maybe lower temp or shorter time, I pulled mine half way through cooking. All in all I would say you need to be a very experienced cook to attempt this. It was challenging, I like challengine. Thanks for sharing

Fantastic, Sylvie! I am happy to be the first reviewer of this wonderful dessert. The crust is so tender and it cuts perfectly (ground almonds make a set filling). I can't wait to make it again. Thanks to your auntie Lene. Roxygirl
