Directions

  1. Combine flour, Mrs. Dash, and parsley.
  2. Dredge tuna steaks in mix.
  3. Spray pan with Pam.
  4. Cook steaks over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove tuna from pan and keep warm.
  6. Deglaze pan with wine and lemon juice.
  7. Add capers.
  8. Pour over tuna steaks and serve.
