Shrimp, peas and lemon with linguine make a healthy pasta supper. Serve with a mixed salad and French bread rolls.

  2. Pour the broth into a pan.
  3. Blend in the cornstarch and lemon juice and bring to the boil.
  4. Stir in the shrimp and peas. Heat gently for 4-5 minutes.
