Lemonade Royal Icing

"This would be great on sugar cookies."

• Ingredients: 3
• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 887.21 ml sifted powdered sugar
• 44.37 ml meringue powder
• 88.74 ml frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

directions

1. Beat all ingredients in a large bowl at high speed of electric mixer until smooth and cover with a towel until ready to use.
2. (icing is best for piping decorations you want to completely harden) Makes 2 cups.
