- Cut the lemons into dice. Put into a jug with the sugar.
- Pour on boiling water and leave for 15 - 30 minutes until strong without becoming bitter.
- Put mint into the serving jug with ice and slices of fresh lemon an hour before serving.
- Makes 6-8 glasses
