      This cake was moist and delicious. Chia made a particularly lemony version, you just can't have enough lemon flavor in a cake like this. The extra sugar Chia sifted over the top made a lovely glaze. Can't wait to try this at home. We have a pretty good lemon yogurt that is low fat, I will try the cake with that for even more lemony yumminess!

      Yes this was a very moist cake. I`d say sneaking it before dinner with great friends is the way to go. Fay I will make this soon.

      this was excellent according to rita, mirj and i, who ate it together before dinner, yes we were bad! very moist with great lemon flavor, i sprinkled extra confectioners sugar over the glaze. enjoyed by all, thank you.
