Lemon, Yoghurt and Poppy Seed Dip.

A delicious Middle-Eastern dip, if you don't have any plain yoghurt you can use sour cream, it works just as well. Serve with grilled Pita bread chips.

Directions

  1. Crush the garlic and cook in a pan, until cooked completely, but not brown.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together.
  3. Serve.

Refreshing and light...used as a condiment for Butter Chicken and Naan Bread for dipping. A little too much lemon in my opinion, I used the juice from a large lemon. Next time, I would use 1/2 a large lemon or a small one. Poppy seeds added a real nice touch. Thanks for posting the recipe.
