I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from a recipe chat board.
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2⁄3 cup Splenda granular
- 1⁄2 cup whipped cream
- Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, and Splenda until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Refrigerate until firm - about one hour.
