My specilty is saled dressings. This one is best on saleds with spinach, arugala (in smaller amounts), and other greens with a light tone and an medium - strong aftertaste. This dressing is a big hit and is easy to make. Have fun & enjoy!
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (It is always better if you squeeze it from a lemon)
- 1 pinch sea salt
