Delicious and insanely simple side dish. I usually put it on a side for chicken or pork.

  1. Combine milk and butter in saucepan, cook over low heat until butter melts. Set aside, and keep warm.
  2. Cook vermicelli according to package directions, drain. Place in a bowl, and toss with lemon juice, let stand 1 minute. Add cheese and warm milk mixture, toss well.

I thought this was a very good, simple recipe! I added cooked shrimp to it and used a romano/parm blend instead of plain dissappeared very quickly!
