  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge turkey cutlets in flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
  • Heat 1 teasoon of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add half of cutlets; cook 3 minutes or until lightly brown, add another teaspoon of oil and turn turkey over cooking until lightly brown and cooked through.
  • Repeat for other cutlets.
  • Sprinkle cutlets with lemon juice.

  1. Quite tasty, quick and easy to put together. I just made half a recipe for the two of us, we enjoyed it and were happy that it was not at all dry. Lovely lemon flavour and not too overpowering. Thanks for posting , I would make it again.
     
  2. This was very tasty. I did everything as directed, except I found at the last minute I was out of lemon juice, so I used fresh orange juice instead. It still tasted great! Thanks for the recipe!
