This was wonderful on cooked carrots. First time I've used a savory flavored butter. Didn't know what I was missing! I did scale this down to 1/4 cup. I love flavored butters and this one did not disappoint! It was delicious over a grilled New York strip steak! I halved the recipe and it made plenty. I froze the leftover butter for future use. I can't wait to try it on some asparagus! Thanks for sharing this.
Mmmmmmmarvelous. I made a half amount using grainy Dijon, dried thyme (it's what I have) and smoked paprika. Large dollops graced a New York Strip and it's friend the baked potato. I promise you that the meal was better than you would get in a steakhouse and cost a whole lot less :D. It's no difficult thing to make and boy oh boy is it ever worth it! Made for Photo Tag.
