- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice, plus
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Combine all in a 1-cup measuring cup.
Wonderful sauce! I subbed Splenda for sugar and added a little bit of Wondra to thicken. Served with shrimp and veggie stir fry. This is the first time I have made a stir fry and home and loved it. Thanks!
