ingredients

• Crust

• 2 cups flour
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1 cup margarine

• Filling

• 1⁄4 cup flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1⁄2 cup lemon juice

directions

1. Press flour, sugar and margarine into 9 x 13 pan, then bake for 20 minutes at 175°C.
2. Mix remaining ingredients, pour into crust. Bake for an additional 25 minutes.
