For those lemon lovers, this is a very nice recipe, the only change I made to the original is I added 2 Tbsp. lemon zest, added just that much more lemon flavor!!

  1. BASE: Mix with pastry blender. Pat firmly into 13x9-inch baking pan and bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
  2. FILLING: Mix together eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice and lemon zest. Spread on base. Bake 20-25 minutes.
  3. Cool completely. Cut into squares.
  4. Top with icing sugar while still warm. Place back inside the turned-off oven with door open for 2-3 minutes more. This prevents beading.
