Sauce for Ginger Beef Tataki #224697. Add an optional tablespoon of dried bonito shavings.
- Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, mirin, 2 tablespoons water and bonito in small bowl.
- Let stand 30 minutes.
- Strain sauce through fine strainer; discard bonito shavings.
- Serve with Beef Tataki.
We really enjoyed this lemon soy dipping sauce. I served over ginger pork and it was very nice. I think this would be a versatile accompaniment to other Asian dishes. Full of flavor and easy to prepare. Thanks!
