  1. In blender combine sugar, lemon juice, milk, and water. POur into ice trays.
  2. When the mixture is white and almost solidly frozen, put it all back in the blender and add the vodka.
  3. Too much vodka will cause it not to refreeze.
  4. Blend until there are no pieces of ice left and pour into a plastic container.
  5. Put in freezer.
  6. Serve when frozen.


Most Helpful

Although I am sure this recipe is quite good (I haven't tried it, but have done many other sorbets), true sorbet doesn't contain milk. This borders on an ice cream or sherbet.
