  1. In a small bowl, bet the egg yolks and 1/4c.
  2. sugar for 5 minutes, or'til thick and lemon-colored; set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan, soften gelatin in 1/4c.
  4. cold water for 5 minutes.
  5. Place on low heat; cook and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  6. Remove from heat and add orange and lemon peel and juices.
  7. Stir gelatin mixture into egg yolk mixture.
  8. Chill until slightly thickened.
  9. In a large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
  10. Gradually beat in 3/4c.
  11. sugar; beat until stiff peaks form.
  12. Fold egg whites into egg yolk mixture.
  13. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form; fold into egg mixture.
  14. Chill until mixture mounds and spoon into serving dishes; chill until set.
