  1. In a medium sauce pan combine sugar, corn starch and salt; mix well. Stir in water and mix until well blended.
  2. Cook over medium heat for abotu 7 minutes or until mixture has come to a boil and is slightly thickend and clear. Stir constantly.
  3. Remove from heat - stir in lemon juice, margarine and lemon peel. Serve immediately.
