Straight from Scottsdale, AZ. Just use your imagination on this sauce. Great for dipping shrimp.
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Mix ingredients in large bowl using a wire whisk.
Wow this was really zingy, I loved it cos I love lemon. Think I may have to temper it down a little bit for shellfish to serve to the general public but will stay as is for myself and family. Thank you, made for zaar tag.
