Great chicken! I used bone-in, skin-on thighs and baked them in the oven for about 40 minutes at 350F. The flavor from the marinade was delicious. I will try it again with boneless thighs on the Foreman grill this winter!

My chicken got stuck waiting in the marinade for about 4 hrs and I can't say that it did a bit of damage. It came out moist, tender and delicious. This is very simple and made with a few basic ingredients, you just can't miss with this one.

Very easy, tasty and adaptable, we have done chicken this way for years and have always enjoyed it. I made using chicken breast as that is what we had on hand. Thanks for the post.

Made this as directed and cooked on the indoor grill. 3 of thought it really good but the DH thought is just so so, but then he is not the keenest on thighs so when making again I'll make sure I do his with chicken breast, also he has a tendency to prefer his chicken on the dry side while I like it still juicy but no pink. Thank you ASPARZYCH, made for Make My Recipe - Spring Edition.

Loved this chicken! I used the marinade on chicken tenders. Simple ingredients for such a flavorful marinade.

This chicken is very tasty and very tender. I followed LARavenscroft's advice and served this with mac and cheese, which sounded a little strange but it was great! I will make this simple recipe again. Made for Newest Zaar Tag. Thanks AZPARZYCH! :)

Very nice chicken. The flavor blend is wonderful and it smelled divine. i did used dried rosemary as I couldn't find any fresh. Served with macaroni & cheese and broccoli for a nice spring evening meal! Made for the winner of 1~2~3 Hits It's Not Easy Being Green ~ March 2010.
