We love the fresh lemon flavor. I used jasmine rice cooked in my steamer. Served with Greek-style pork medallions recipe I found on the internet. Thanks for posting Sue.
I made this to go with salmon patties today. YUMMMMM. Excellent recipe, the seasonings are right on and make the end product impeccable. Very easy, low fat and delicious. What more could you ask?
This was great lazyme...just great. Quick and easy to make, with nice subtle flavourings. I like the nice crunchy texture that the peas and green onions give the dish. I used keylime juice and lemon peel...Yummy. I will be making this again often. Sure wish I could give you more than 5*'s. Thanks so much for sharing.

Very VERY easy to make and it's a change from regular rice or chinese fried rice. I had to make it for about 15 people so I cooked large quantities and everyone was pleased! Delicious!

We made this just as written for a grilled fish dinner and it was wonderful. The lemon flavor complimented the Jasmine rice nicely with the onions adding some kick and the peas added a bright look and helped balance the lemon taste.
