This was certainly quick and easy but not creme brulee. It was a delicious lemon blueberry pudding with caramelized sugar on top. So, for a quick, delicious and fancy dessert, this fits the bill, but for a creme brulee - not really.

I would have never thought of putting lemon pudding and blueberries together but what a great combination. I do wish that we had a culinary torch instead of using the broiler as making with that method resulted in uncooked sugar in the middle, but still tasted good. Our 85 year old neighbors loved them!!

So easy and so good. I'll try with different kind of puddings. Thanks Mommy Diva :)

Simple and Simply Delicious! This desert is easily made in 10 minutes or less and would be perfect for the most beginner of chefs. It is simple enough to make for a weeknight family meal. Sure to please the lemon and blueberry lover in you ; )

This is so easy and so good! We had this with our first blueberries of the season and added grated lemon peel to the vanilla pudding mix (which I had in the cupboard). Thanks for sharing this simple dessert which we all enjoyed.
