- 118.29 ml pancake mix
- 59.14 ml water
- 29.58 ml water
- 4.92 ml poppy seed
- 2.46 ml vanilla
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 59.14 ml ricotta cheese
directions
- Whisk together all ingredients (do try to be precise with the water; these pancakes very easily end up too watery or too dry).
- Drop evenly onto an 8" skillet at medium heat. Flip when bubbles appear, then cook to golden brown.
