  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, poppy seeds, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, yogurt, egg whites, lemon juice, and zest.
  3. Pour milk mixture into flour mixture and stir to mix.
  4. Spoon batter in scant 1/3 cup portions onto hot greased pan or griddle.
  5. Makes about 12 pancakes.

Fantastic!!! Like you stated these were thicker than most pancakes and i was hesitant of adding more milk but I didn't. These had a different but great flavor to them. Thanks for the recipe LUv 2 BaKE!
