This was on a site with ABM recipes, not sure which one.
- 1 1⁄4 cups lemonade
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄3 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 teaspoon lemon peel (optional)
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
- 3 3⁄4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
- Add ingredients according to manufacturer's suggested order.
- 1 1/2 lb loaf.
- sweet bread cycle.
I'm sorry to say that while the flavor of this bread was good the proportions were off. My loaf was very dense and did not rise properly (my yeast is fine)
