Nice, fresh tasting cookie. Love the lemon and pistachios together. I did have a couple of problems with the recipe though....1) the dough gets sticky very quickly and probably should be in the freezer or taken out of the refrigerator a little at a time, 2) I tried to get 48 cookies but there didn't seem to be enough dough to form the pretzel (probably user error! LOL) but I did get 30 cookies. Next time I will just make round cookies. They are just a cookie without the glaze but are very tasty with the glaze and nuts!
