This is a great make-ahead dessert to serve guests. A perfect ending to just about any meal. I love the combination of the pineapple and lemon. Very flavorful and easy to make. Thanks again Renegade for another gread dish. :-)

Very easy to make. Everyone gobbled this one down in minutes. It is very refreshing. I highly recommend for everyone to try this recipe.

What a wonderful refreshing dessert. This recipe was almost too simple. I loved that it only took me 5 minutes to throw together. My husband who doesn't normally like lemon desserts had a pretty good helping of it last night. I already know this isn't the last time I'll be making this dessert and next time I'm thinking about adding a package of cream cheese!

A very quick and easy dessert. The best part is that the ingredients are either canned or frozen so you can always have them on hand and throw this dessert together with little notice. Perfect summer treat.

The app recipe doesn't show canned lemon pie filling so I ended up buying boxed which I made as normal and used. Will have to try it with the canned filling next time. I thought this was very good and super easy to make . I put half in a graham cracker pie crust and froze it.. And the other half just in the cool whip bowl me froze that also. Makes a perfect snack or after dinner treat. Thanks for the great recipe.

As time has passed, I find myself suspicious of "boxes" and "cans", preferring "scratch", whatever that really is. This is a happy exception. I did use a fresh pineapple I happened to have on hand, other than that, boxes and cans turned out delicious.
