Lemon Pilaf With Raisins and Almonds

Lemony Goodness.


  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Sautee onion, garlic, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Add in raw rice and zest of a lemon.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Put into rice cooker along with stock. Let cook.
  5. 5 mins before its done, add raisins in and continue cooking for 5 minute.
  6. Serve sprinkled with almonds.
