This is a very tasty way to cook tilapia! (and easy!!) The lemon pepper I use has no salt in it. Make sure salt is NOT an ingredient in yours, because 1 tablespoon might be too much. (or omit added salt). Fish had a nice crispy coating, and browned nicely. Thanks for what will become a regular dish here!

This is so yummy! I cut the recipe down to serve 2. I do think that there was way to much flour mixture. So next time I plan to cut that down even more. This is nice and crisp on the outside while being tender and moist on the inside. A great flavor of lemon. We squeezed the lemon on top. Just yummy! Thanks for posting.
The first time I made this I started preparing without realizing I had run out of lemon pepper. I substituted ginger, served it over couscous, and it was great! Very easy to make, and tasty!
