  • In a large frying pan, melt butter on a med heat.
  • Add oil.
  • Put fish in pan.Season with lemon pepper and salt.
  • Turn in 3 minutes and season other side, cook for 4 more minutes.
  • Serve.

  1. Made this because it seemed simple and easy. I was not disappointed. Mine turned out really great. I did use more butter than the recipe called for and used it to pan-baste. I also sprinkled it with a little lemon juice just before serving. Will definitely use this recipe again!
     
  2. Pepper, my cockatiel, must have made a bet with the neighbor's cat. Something about the promise of fish in return for a favor. Earlier, I saw Cat out front cracking his knuckles. Dog said he's not stepping in this time. My bet's on Pepper.
     
  3. I made this for a large event and it was a great hit! This is and easy recipe and is very good and flavorful. Loved it!
     
  4. This was so simple and delicious! I cut the recipe in half and added some lemon juice towards the end but otherwise followed the instructions. Definately a keeper. Served with recipe#86043#86043. Made for 2013 Zaar Cookbook Tag game.
     
  5. I used cracked pepper and the juice of a lemon, but simple and very good.
