This simple dish goes well with pork and fish.
- Squeeze juice from lemon.
- Cook noodles as per package directions. Drain.
- In pot used to cook noodles, melt butter.
- Add juice and 3/4 teaspoons pepper.
- Add noodles and toss.
Fixed this for our dinner and company for Spring PAC 2011. I used a meyer lemon (from our tree) and added some of the zest to the sauce. I served them with your recipe Pork Tenderloin with Garlic Mustard Sauce#435293 and a green salad. Everybody cleaned their plates.
